Residence Haganum is a new type of care-hotel in a monumental building from 1890. All-In Living designed the complete interior, including interior architecture and the styling of several luxury hotel rooms, the restaurant, living room, office, beauty salon and the private dining area.
By the end of 2012, Residence Haganum opened her doors. As soon as you step into the monumental building, you feel the authentic atmosphere. The All-In Living design team aimed to preserve this atmosphere while ensuring that the concept keeps serving all the needs of the hotel residents. By selecting high-end care-products, the residents could maintain their dignity.
By creating several sitting areas, we gave the big living room an intimate and cosy feel. All-In Living designed a room divider with a ‘water vapour fire’ which can be enjoyed from both sides. This divider creates a separated space where you can enjoy dinner in a more private setting: the private dining.
The designers made sure that the residents feel at home in the public areas of the building as well. That’s why these spaces are filled with artworks, designed by All-in Living, which all have the theme: ‘The Hague’. This creates recognisability for the residents, who all come from this region. To make sure that confused elderly people can find their own room, each ward has its own colour theme.
Each hotel room has its own personal atmosphere and reflects the feeling of luxury and comfort. The care-products that are used are picked with care and create the feeling of a luxurious villa instead of a care-apartment. Altogether, Residence Haganum is a care-hotel where you can live with class, style and pride.
